Rupert Young (& Nathaniel Parker) in ‘The Charles Dickens Show’
A google alert for Rupert Graves (aka Bradley’s co-star in Fast Girls) leading to news about Rupert Young: apparently Rupert filmed for a BBC Learning Zone show called The Charles Dickens Show in January. He’s listed as a cast member at Louise Brealey’s Wikipedia entry: Brealey is currently producing and co-writing “The Charles Dickens Show”, a children’s comedy drama for the BBC starring Jeff Rawle, Rupert Graves, Neil Dudgeon, Nathaniel Parker, Lynda Baron, Honeysuckle Weeks, Rupert Young, Adjoa Andoh, Sam Kelly, Geoffrey Streatfeild, Fiona Button and Mariah Gale.
Brealey (most probably know her from playing forensic examiner ‘Molly’ in Sherlock) tweeted Rupert on Jan 30th (two days before his performance in That Dark Place where he was deliciously scruffy)
[Jan 30] @louisebrealey @RupertFYoung Still giggling at your plump and rundlich. Thank you so much for shaving your beautiful beard for us. Will send pictures. x LB
[Jan 25] @louisebrealey We start shooting The Charles Dickens Show on Saturday. It’s for kids. I’m The Producer, which basically means it’s my fault if it cocks up. [Saturday = Jan 28th]According to some of Brealey’s tweets and actor Peter Sandys Clarke’s CV, Merlin S2 director Metin Hüseyin is alsow involved inthe production.
Awesomesauce :D
